Healing begins when we decide that we are ready.

Usually it is a process that continues to take various shapes at different times of one’s life.  As we grow, our needs for growth and healing change. 

Although our individual needs do vary, there are certain time tested and physiologically proven elements which, when practiced, help us process our stress and changes through healing. 

The three core elements are universal:  mind, body, and spirit. 
However, just knowing that (with our mind) is not always enough to help encourage growth.  We still need to tend to our physical selves, as well as our emotional and spiritual selves, which can be a challenge to integrate into our routine. 

In those moments and few hours a week we can set aside for ourselves we will find the rest of our tasks and commitments to flow much easier—  because we’ve taken care of our core selves.
